Organic red wine made with the best selection of grapes from the winery . With 50% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and 50% Syrah grapes, this organic red wine is aged in new American oak barrels for 12 months. After that year resting in the barrels, it will sleep for a minimum of 12 months in its bottle .

CATA's notes
Ruby red in color with copper tones , clean and bright. With an intense, complex and spicy aroma with a strong aroma of wood mixed with the characteristic fruit of the grape variety. Flavors of ripe berries, accompanied by chocolate and mocha, and underlying nuances of bush or herbs with hints of Mediterranean spices.
With a style aged for a minimum of 12 months in American oak barrels. After this time, it will sleep for a minimum of 6 months in the bottle.
Pairing
To enjoy and combine with lamb, beef, grilled meats and game meat. Drink it at 14º and 16ºC to enjoy it at its optimum point.
