This semi-cured Manchego cheese, made with raw sheep's milk , has a mild flavor and is perfect for all palates, especially those who cannot tolerate the intensity of a cured cheese.

Made in an artisan cheese factory in the province of Toledo, in Villanueva de Alcardete, this semi-cured cheese has been curing for at least 3 months to achieve its mild flavor.

With raw sheep's milk, this cheese is perfect for all occasions thanks to its mild flavor, you can combine it with acorn-fed Iberian ham , with some fried pickled mussels , etc.
