Made with raw sheep's milk, in an artisan cheese factory in the province of Toledo, in Villanueva de Alcardete. Its maceration in Extra Virgin Olive Oil makes it a Manchego cheese that unites two flavors from the land of Castile, sheep's milk and extra virgin olive oil, giving it a unique flavor.
Our advice is that you eat it without mixing it with other cheeses, with a bit of sourdough bread, olives, etc.
