Vegan and organic red wine from the town of Castilla la Mancha, produced with 100% Tempranillo grapes. The specialty of this wine is that sulfites have not been used for the cultivation of its grapes, thus making it a cleaner wine for the ecosystem and for consumption.
CATA's notes
Intense cherry red in color, with a medium/high robe, it has intense aromas of ripe red fruit with a slight touch of licorice and aromatic plants. Flavors of licorice, blueberries, thyme and red grapes. Medium structure and persistent finish.
Pairing
This organic, vegan and sulphite-free red wine is perfect to accompany red meat, game meat, cured cheese and sausages.
Drink it between 14º and 16ºC to fully enjoy this wine. Graduation of 13.5% vol.
