Organic and vegan red wine made with 50% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and 50% USA Syrah.
This organic and vegan red wine is aged for a minimum of 9 months in French and American oak barrels . After this time, the wine will sleep for a minimum of 6 months in the bottle before reaching the market.
CATA's notes
With an intense red cherry color, medium/high layer . Intense aroma of nuts and spices . Touches of cocoa. Delicious and balanced. Finish with notes of mint, chocolate, nutmeg and cloves. Typical notes of aging.
Of a complex style , with a long aftertaste. Aged for a minimum of 4 months in American oak barrels.
Pairing
To fully enjoy this vegan red wine, drink it between 16º and 18ºC and accompany it with cured cheeses, game meat and roast meat.
