Organic and vegan white wine produced with 80% Airén grapes and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. With 14 gold and silver medals to its credit, this organic white wine from Tierra de Castilla has been made with two varieties of white grapes and is perfect for your seafood dishes.
CATA's notes
Pale yellow in color with greenish hues, clean and bright. With aromas of flowers and white fruit (pear, apple and peach). Its fruity apple and pear flavor are fruity in style and medium in structure.
Pairing
Perfect to accompany fish, pasta, tapas, risottos and seafood.
Drink it between 8º and 10ºC. Graduation of 12.5% vol.
